Senior Touch Football Rules

7 players on the Field
All players are eligible for a pass.
No blocking or tackling
1 hand touch
Rusher starts 5 yards from Line of Scrimmage
Bean bags are used to determine Line of Scrimmage, Rusher starting point and 1st down marker.
Extra points after touchdown can be for 1 or 2 points depending where the offense decides to scrimmage the ball after the touchdown 1pt is from 5 yard line 2pts is from 10 yard line.
No Field Goal attempts

League Champs 2011 is ISES

ISEs introduced some new blood to the team which has made them a team to reckon with, going undefeated this season .
Co-Rookie of the year Ryan Anstey hurried QBs all season and ran kickoffs back for touchdowns, Chris Huggan as QB of the year made key plays and read defenses like an open book.
The rest of the league has a bench mark to reach if they want to win it all.
